For sharpening our kitchen knives we recommend water stones from The Japanese manufacturer Suehiro.
We offer these in the following grit: 600, 1000 and 3000.
Please note the numbers on the stones does not reflect the grit size but rather the model number.
For regular maintenance we recommend the 1000 and 3000 grit stone.
To restore the edge on really dull knives a 600 grit stone is needed.
