These two Monte Carlos are made with a fine scratch pattern texture on the brass handle and sterling silver AOD insignia.
My son coined the name "Monte Carlo Royal" for these. The Crowned A gives the knife a very unique feel and looks. The brass has been patinated. The blade is made from hand rubbed RWL34.
The Monte Carlo has been my most popular model ever since I released it in 2014. this is the updated version 2 with all titanium screws and better and more precise machining.
The folder features a none locking blade and nail nick opening in a size that allows this to be carried in just about any country regardless of strict knife laws.
Blade approx 2 3/4" , closed length approx 3 3/4". Blade in hand rubbed flat ground RWL-34. 3D Milled titanium clip. Titanium backspacer with integral lanyard hole.
Features a double detent ball joint mechanism that holds the blade open and closed. Also features a half stop like on a traditional slip joint.
The knife features my signature logo diamond engraved into the blade.
Here available in brass scales with my scratch pattern surface treatment inspired by ancient Japanese metal smithing. The brass has received a nice warm patina that will evolve over time with use.
