All good things must eventually come to an end. After nearly a decade with GiantMouse Knives, Jesper, Jim, and I have agreed that it’s time for me to step away and focus entirely on Ansø of Denmark.

This marks the end of an incredible chapter – a decade of designing exceptional knives and building a remarkable brand together since we co-founded GiantMouse in 2015.

Together, we’ve created innovative designs, championed craftsmanship, and fostered a strong community that I’m incredibly proud of. This transition feels like a natural evolution for us all. As I dedicate myself to growing Ansø of Denmark, Jesper and Jim will continue to lead GiantMouse into a promising and exciting future.
