25 years of Ansø

This year marks 25 years since I made my first knife.

I'd love to celebrate that milestone with the people who've followed the journey, carried my knives and supported ANSØ through the years.

 

On October 3, we'll open the workshop for a small group of guests for an afternoon of stories, knives and good company.

    Coffee, soft drinks, beer and cake.

    Time to meet the community.

    4:00 PM

    The group splits in two.

    One group joins Jens for stories, design philosophy and 25 years of knife making.

    The other group gets a guided tour of the workshop with the team.

    Afterwards the groups switch.

    6:00 PM

    Exclusive Knife Show.

    Limited anniversary models, archive pieces and special one-off creations.

    Whatever isn't sold during the event goes online at 8:00 PM CET.

    7:00 PM

    Sandwiches and more time to talk knives.

    8:00 PM
