Danish Industrial  Designer and knifemaker

Ansø of Denmark was founded in 2001 by industrial designer and knife maker Jens Ansø. With a base in the windswept no-man’s land of rural Denmark, Ansø of Denmark designs and creates objects of contemporary design and craftsmanship.

Jens is also Co founder of the knife brand GiantMouse and has designed more than 100 knives for other companies and retailers in the USA and Europe.
