The Sonic was developed while filming a total of 3 episodes for my Youtube channel.

The Sonic features the trademarked Spyderco opening hole that I am licensed to use. The construction is a bolster lock which is the first time ever that I use this mechanism.

The lock has a hardened steel lock insert. The handle/spacer feartures one of my unique lanyard holes that only pierce one handle side and exits in the end of the spacer. The lanyard “tube” is integral to the liner, milled out of a solid chunk titanium. The clip is my now signature 3D milled and bent clip. The blade is full flat ground.

Blade thickness: 0.152” /3,85mm

This particular Sonic features a Blade in handrubbed RWL34 with blue Dark Matter carbon fiber scales over frame in black timascus. The clip is black timascus and spacer and pivot rings are made from Zirconium. The titanium screws are anodized blue.
