2001–2026. 25 years of making. To mark 25 years of ANSØ, I wanted to make something small, substantial, and lasting.

The ANSØ 25th Anniversary Coin is made in solid bronze by Shire Post Mint USA. The dies are hand engraved and each coin is struck using traditional minting methods, giving the design a depth and character that feels right for the occasion.

One side carries the ANSØ mark and 2001–2026. The other features a knight chess piece surrounded by the words EXPECT THE UNEXPECTED — a phrase that feels fitting after 25 years of designing, making, and following ideas wherever they lead.

At 39 mm in diameter and a substantial 5 mm thick, this is our take on the traditional challenge coin — made to commemorate the first 25 years of ANSØ.
